Return Policy Overview

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it

- In the original packaging

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Item

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Opened/Used Products

- Items marked as final sale

Return Process

1. **Contact Us**: Before returning your product, please email us at contactus@blkbeardesthetics.com to get a return authorization and the return address.

2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item to avoid any damage during transportation.

3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Send It Back: Once your return is authorized, ship your item to the provided return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Denial: If your return is denied, we will ship the item back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contactus@blkbeardesthetics.com to process an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
